We believe that our warranty is the best in the business and we are proud to stand behind all of the products that we supply and all of the installation work that we do.
We offer a No Risk Watertight Guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your water purification system within 30 days of installation, we will refund you 100% of your investment.
All equipment supplied by H2Only is covered by a comprehensive 1-year parts and labour warranty. This includes full onsite maintenance. Our filter housings are also covered by an additional 12-months parts warranty on a return to the warehouse basis.
All fittings are fully covered by this generous warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of install.
Due to the nature of water filtration and the dependence on external factors, in particular the quality of the feed water, H2Only replacement cartridges can only be covered by a standard manufacturers’ quality warranty against defects at the time of purchase or installation.
