We believe that our warranty is the best in the business and we are proud to stand behind all of the products that we supply and all of the installation work that we do.
All equipment supplied by H2Only is covered by a comprehensive 1-year parts and labour warranty. This includes full onsite maintenance in all major metropolitan areas of Australia. Our filter housings are also covered by an additional 12-months parts warranty on a return to the warehouse basis.
All fittings are fully covered by this generous warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of install.
Due to the nature of water filtration and the dependence on external factors, in particular the quality of the feed water, H2Only replacement cartridges can only be covered by a standard manufacturer's quality warranty against defects at the time of purchase or installation.
Rental equipment is covered by a comprehensive, onsite parts and labour warranty for the full term of the rental agreement. Please see warranty conditions on your rental agreement documentation.
