H2Only provides the complete installation and maintenance service for all of the equipment supplied by us.
In the Perth Metropolitan area we use our own staff including a team of licensed plumbers and fully trained service technicians. In other locations throughout Western Australia we employ a large number of specially selected contract staff each of whom has all the necessary qualifications and who have been trained by H2Only in the installation, service and maintenance of our products and equipment.

Service Maintenance and Filter Cartridge Replacement – Twin Filtration and Reverse Osmosis Systems
All water filtration systems require regular service and filter cartridge changes to ensure that the quality of the water is maintained. H2Only employs specialised maintenance technicians to replace your water filter cartridges and at the same time ensure that your system is thoroughly cleaned and working properly. We can also repair and service most other makes and brands of water filtration systems.
If you would like to request a service and maintenance call out including a filter change, which does not require immediate attention, please complete a service request online to give us your details and as much detail about your needs as possible. Our Service Manager will be in touch with you to arrange a service and maintenance call out as quickly as possible.
SnapLock Filter Cartridge Replacements
The unique SnapLock Filter Systems have a quick change sanitary cartridge with an auto shut-off for a hygienic and safe change out system. Users simply turn and twist the cartridges to remove them and then insert the new replacement cartridges themselves. No need to wait for a service technician, it’s quick, easy and safe.
